Currently, he is working as the Senior Director and Chief Architect for DevOps at flex. Badis has a proven track record of driving digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, and data engineering initiatives. He is a hands-on leader who has worked extensively in the DevOps domain. He has a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and has successfully led several cloud migration projects. Prior to joining flex, Badis worked as the Director of Engineering at newtonx and as the VP of Engineering at hydrogen. He has experience in leading cross-functional teams and has a deep understanding of software development methodologies. Badis holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from McGill University, and an Engineer Diploma in Computer Science from ENSI - Ecole Nationale des Sciences de l'Informatique.
